2. All images on this site remain copyrighted to the photographer.
3. By creating an account with us you acknowledge that you allow us to contact you via email from time to time with information relating to the photography competitions and website news and the occasional promotional offer.
4. You may only create a single user account at Monthly Challenge. Users who create duplicate accounts will be blocked!
5. Any members found to be posting non relevant (spam) or other in-appropriate content will have their accounts suspended without warning.
6. Financial members will forfeit any money paid to us on account closure.
7. Any external links to other sites are not the responsibility of Monthly Challenge. If any links don't work, or display a site with inappropriate materials let us know so that we can address the problem.
8. We take all care to ensure the accuracy of content. However, we cannot make warranty on the accuracy of any content.
